開學前一周

第二階段選段

Second stage for course selecting

 

 

開學三周內

Within three weeks of the semester starts

 

加退選

add/ drop courses

選課截止後,僅下列情形得於開學後第三週結束前,填具「學生報告書」向授課教師、所

科系主管及教務單位申請加退選:

一、應屆畢業生因缺修科目學分導致無法畢業。

二、因學分不足將遭強迫休學。

三、已選之課程不符合系所規範。

四、原選修課程停開。

* After the deadline of selecting courses, if student want to add/ drop courses,  they should fill in the "course selecting application form" and give it back to professor and the office.

 

 

 

  期中考後二週內

Within two weeks after the midterm exam

期中撤選

Mid-term courses withdrawal

(The regulation of selecting courses, Art.15)

* 學生於選課結束後,如有無法繼續修習之課程,應於期中考後二週內,經任課教師及科系所主管同意後辦理撤選一門科目:

 

一、撤選後總學分數不得少於該學制所規定之最低學分數。

二、撤選之科目,歷年成績單之成績欄中應註記「撤選」之字樣,但不列入學分及成績計

算。

三、撤選之學分費不予退費,且該科目撤選前之缺曠課記錄不得註銷。

四、撤選後不受最低開課人數限制。

 

* After the mid-term, if student want to  drop courses,  they should fill in the "course selecting application form" and give it back to professor and the office.
