本學程與本校國際商務系林純如老師合作，於9月11日邀請瑞士蘇黎世大學 (University of Zurich) Professor Patrick Ziltener來訪進行專題演講。Professor Ziltener曾擔任瑞士政府對外經貿部門的資深顧問 (senior advisor)，並實際參與瑞士政府對外經貿協定的相關談判工作，無論學術素養與實務經驗均相當豐富，本次Ziltener教授針對其最新的研究計畫成果，即關於RCEP與CPTPP兩大巨型區域經貿整合協定 (mega RTAs) 的分析比較加以分享，並探討此等經貿協定的相關政策意涵，與對各會員國、東南亞、亞太地區，乃至全球經貿活動發展的衝擊與影響。本次活動參與者包括本學程高啓中老師、吳憲老師，以及碩一、碩二同學，與國商系林純如老師以及大學部同學。會中並開放現場問答，互動熱絡、圓滿成功。

Our program, in collaboration with Professor Lin Chun-Ju of the Department of International Business, invited Professor Patrick Ziltener from the University of Zurich, Switzerland, to deliver a guest lecture on September 11th. Professor Ziltener has served as a senior advisor in Switzerland’s foreign trade department and has been actively involved in negotiations for Switzerland's international trade agreements. With his rich academic background and extensive practical experience, Professor Ziltener shared his latest research findings on the comparative analysis of the two major mega-regional trade agreements (RTAs), RCEP and CPTPP. He also explored the policy implications of these trade agreements and their impact on member states, Southeast Asia, the Asia-Pacific region, and global trade activities.

Participants in this event included Professor Kao Chi-Chung and Professor Wu Hsien from Our program, as well as first and second-year master's students. Professor Lin Chun-Ju and undergraduate students from the Department of International Business also attended. The session concluded with an engaging Q&A session, marking a successful and interactive event.
