一、資格條件：

(一)學歷：博士學位 (博士、碩士與學士學位至少有一級為法學學位)。以專業技術人員應聘者，得不具博士學位，但應具九年以上經貿法律或商務爭議處理相關經驗，且有傑出優秀表現之證明。

(二)專長領域及能力要求：

   (1)   國際經貿相關領域，且

   (2)   具備全英語授課能力，且

   (3)   最近5年內(自2022年05月17日回溯計算)於具嚴格審查制之國內外知名專業或學術期刊累計發    表論文2篇以上，但以專業技術人員應聘者不適用之。

二、工作項目：教學、研究(含產學合作)及行政工作。(含教授相關課程、論文及實習指導，以及輔導學生參加相關競賽及活動，提升本學程學術研究及產學合作績效，協助行政工作；執行優化生師比值計畫、推動跨域創新課程、協助撰寫執行校級計劃書與成果報告，另依規定每位教師基本授課減授2~4小時。)。

Project Professor Recruitment by the Master’s Program on Law and Negotiation for Global Trade at National Taipei University of Business

Professional title:  1 Project Professor (at least Assistant Professor) of the Master’s Program on Law and Negotiation for Global Trade

I. Qualifications: 

1) Education background:  doctoral degree (hold at least one degree of law as either a doctoral, master’s, or bachelor’s degree). The applicant who applies for the post as a professional technician need not have a Ph.D. degree, but should have at least nine years of relevant experience in economic and trade law or commercial dispute resolution and have demonstrated outstanding performance.

2) Areas of expertise and ability requirements: 

(1) International economic ; and 

(2) Be able to teach in English from the course list; and 

(3) In the last five years (retrospective from May 17, 2022), have two or more papers published in well-known professional or academic journals at home or abroad that have a strict peer-review system. However, this condition is not applicable to applicants who apply for the position as a professional technician.

II. Work Programs:  teaching, research (including industry-university cooperation), and administrative work (including teaching relevant courses, thesis and internship guidance, counseling students to participate in relevant competitions and activities, improving academic research and industry-university cooperation performance of the program, and assisting in administrative work).
