第 1 步 ➜ 申請階段  

Step 1 ➜ Application Stage
│  
├─ 每年 11/1～11/30 於「國際處北商國際交換生系統」提出獎學金申請  

├─Submit your scholarship application through the 「NTUB International Exchange Student System」 between November 1st and November 30th each year.

│  
└→ 注意：每年5/1～5/30系統僅開放「交換學生」申請，可申請出國交換但不可請領學海飛颺獎學金。

└→ Note: From May 1st to May 30th, the system will only be open for "Exchange Student" applications.

You can apply for an exchange program abroad, but you cannot apply for the Xuehai Feiyang Scholarship.

第 2 步 ➜ 出國階段  

Step 2 ➜ Overseas Study Stage
│  
├─ 出發時間需為「下一個學年度」  ，例如114學年度提出獎學金申請（114年11月）

├─Your departure must be scheduled for the next academic year. Ex) If you apply in November 2025 (Academic Year 114):
│     ├─ 若於 115-1（115年8月）出發 ⇒ 可領 「一年（2學期）」 補助  
│     └─ 若於 115-2（116年2月）出發 ⇒ 可領 「半年（1學期）」 補助  

│     ├─Departing in Academic Year 115-1 (August 2026) ⇒ Eligible for 「one full year (two semesters)」 of funding.

│     └─Departing in Academic Year 115-2 (February 2027) ⇒ Eligible for「half-year (one semester) of funding.

│  
├─ 出發時間不得早於教育部核定日期（通常為每年 6/1 左右）  

├─ Your departure date cannot be earlier than the date approved by the Ministry of Education (usually around June 1st each year).
│  
└→ 最長可領取一學年（兩學期）補助

└→ The maximum scholarship duration is one academic year (two semesters).

第 3 步 ➜ 返台報到階段  

Step 3 ➜ Return & Registration Stage
├─ 需於學年度第2學期（下學期）結束後的暑假（如116年7月）返台，至「國際處」辦理報到。

├─ You must return to Taiwan during the summer vacation following the second semester of that academic year (e.g., July 2027) and report to the Office of International Affairs.
│  
└→若於雙聯學校就讀超過 2 學期，也是需於學年度第2學期（下學期）結束後的暑假（如116年7月）返台，  
　 至「國際處」辦理報到。

└→ Even if you remain at the dual degree institution for more than two semesters, you must still return during the summer after the second semester (e.g., July 2027) and report to the Office of International Affairs.

建議提早規劃學年度行程以符合申請資格

It is recommended to plan your academic year in advance to meet the eligibility requirements.

未依期限返台報到者將影響請領資格與補助撥發

Failure to return to Taiwan and report to OIA by the designated deadline will affect your eligibility and the disbursement of the scholarship.
