* 選課截止後,僅下列情形得於開學後第三週結束前,填具「學生選課申請書」及「學生報告書」向授課教師、所科系主管及教務單位申請加退選:

一、應屆畢業生因缺修科目學分導致無法畢業。

二、因學分不足將遭強迫休學。

三、已選之課程不符合系所規範。

四、原選修課程停開。


* After the course selection deadline, students may apply for course add/drop before the end of the third week of the semester by submitting the Course selection form and Student Request Form to the course instructor, department/program chair, and the Office of Academic Affairs only under the following circumstances:

  1. The graduating student is unable to graduate due to missing required course credits.

  2. The student will be subject to compulsory suspension due to insufficient credits.

  3. The selected courses do not comply with departmental/program regulations.

  4. The originally selected course has been canceled.

* 學生於選課結束後,如有無法繼續修習之課程,應於期中考後二週內,經任課教師及科系所主管同意後辦理撤選一門科目:

一、撤選後總學分數不得少於該學制所規定之最低學分數。

二、撤選之科目,歷年成績單之成績欄中應註記「撤選」之字樣,但不列入學分及成績計算。

三、撤選之學分費不予退費,且該科目撤選前之缺曠課記錄不得註銷。

四、撤選後不受最低開課人數限制。

* After the mid-term, if student want to drop courses, they should fill in the Course selection form and give it back to professor and the office.

After the course selection period, if a student is unable to continue a course, the student may withdraw from one course within two weeks after the midterm exam, with the approval of the course instructor and department/program chair, under the following regulations:

  1. After withdrawal, the total number of credits must not be lower than the minimum credit requirement of the program.

  2. Withdrawn courses will be marked as “Withdrawn” on the transcript but will not be included in credit or GPA calculations.

  3. Tuition for withdrawn credits will not be refunded, and any attendance records prior to withdrawal remain valid and cannot be erased.

  4. Withdrawn courses are not subject to minimum enrollment requirements.
