本系高啟中教授帶領同學參訪眾才國際律師事務所，期待同學透過與專業仲裁人員的對談，能更深入了解仲裁。

參訪中，陳希佳律師透過過去的案例與親身經歷帶領同學探討「眾裁」在國際爭端解決時所扮演的角色，和其所帶來的利與弊。除了經驗分享，陳希佳律師也帶領同學們思考，爭端發生時，為何許多企業與公司會選擇透過眾裁，而非傳統的訴訟。

此次參訪不但以實務角度，更加了解眾裁，也透過專業人士的講解與分享，對仲裁有了更深的體會，讓老師與同學們都獲益良多。

During the visit, Dr. Helena Chen led the students to explore the role of "public adjudication" in international dispute resolution and the advantages and disadvantages it brings through past cases and personal experience. In addition to experience sharing, Dr. Chen also led the students to consider why many enterprises and companies choose to go through crowd-sourced adjudication instead of traditional litigation when disputes arise.

The visit not only gave the students a better understanding of crowd-sourcing from a practical perspective, but also gave the students a deeper understanding of arbitration through the explanations and sharing of professionals, which was very fruity to both teachers and students.
