本學程於12月10日參訪眾才國際律師事務所，由張詩芸律師帶領，進行了一場商業契約合作談判的模擬實務練習。本次活動以生動的一對一模擬談判為核心，結合實務講解，讓同學們在實戰中學習。張律師以豐富的經驗，詳盡講解合約制定過程中可能遇到的挑戰，並逐一點評模擬談判中的合約內容，幫助同學們完善細節。她同時強調了合約制定的關鍵要點，如避免潛在漏洞及確保條款的完整性與公平性。此外，劉靜耘律師也參與其中，與同學們一起進行模擬練習並聆聽講解，提供更多交流與討論的機會。此次參訪不僅增強了同學們對商業契約談判的理解，也為未來職場應用奠定了堅實的基礎。

On December 10th, our program visited Zongcai International Law Firm, where Attorney Alison Chang led a practical simulation of business contract negotiations. The core of the activity was engaging one-on-one mock negotiations, combined with practical explanations to help students learn through hands-on experience. Attorney Chang drew on her extensive expertise to explain the challenges often encountered in contract drafting and provided detailed feedback on the contracts created during the simulation, helping students refine their work. She also emphasized key aspects of contract drafting, such as avoiding potential loopholes and ensuring the completeness and fairness of terms. Additionally, Attorney Claire Liu participated in the exercise alongside the students, engaging in discussions and providing opportunities for further exchange.
