2025年川普重返白宮，強調“美國優先”，並以課徵關稅為主要政策，再搭配其他措施，對全球產業分工、貿易路徑與供應鏈結構產生深遠影響。另外，美中貿易戰的升級以及新一波地緣政治競爭，也使得美國與中國等國的經貿關係日益緊張，進一步加劇全球經濟的不確定性。企業在全球布局中需要重新評估供應鏈的風險與挑戰，調整策略以因應新形勢。

本研討會以「因應川普2.0國際供應鏈新變局」為主題，深入探討在全球經濟與地緣政治劇變的背景下，國際供應鏈重組與調整趨勢。由總體經濟安全角度，討論主要國家在川普新政的衝擊下，如何提升供應鏈韌性的相關做法，將聚焦特定產業包含高科技產業、車輛等關鍵產業，解析供應鏈布局中，產業如何應對地緣政治風險及技術競爭。藉此掌握臺灣在全球供應鏈的地位及未來發展趨勢，以協助企業因應供應鏈變局，並可供政府擬定相關政策之參考。

With Donald Trump returning to the White House in 2025, the United States has once again embraced its “America First” policy, marked by the reimposition of tariffs and other trade measures. These developments are expected to significantly reshape global industrial structures, trade flows, and supply chains. Meanwhile, the escalating U.S.-China trade conflict and a renewed wave of geopolitical rivalry have heightened tensions between the U.S. and major economies such as China, further deepening global economic uncertainty.

This seminar will examine the ongoing restructuring of global supply chains amid these sweeping economic and geopolitical shifts. It will explore how major countries are enhancing supply chain resilience from a broader economic security standpoint. Focusing on key sectors such as high-tech and automotive, the discussion will analyze how industries are navigating growing geopolitical risks and technological competition. The seminar aims to provide insights into Taiwan’s evolving role in global supply chains, offering guidance for business strategy and reference points for government policy formulation.
