全國律師聯合會律師學院及ADR委員會、特許仲裁學會東亞分會臺灣支會青年事務委員會（Ciarb Taiwan YMG）、國際商會青年仲裁和ADR論壇（ICC YAAF）定於114年11月13日（星期四）合辦「青年法律人投身國際仲裁的養成與實戰經驗」研討會，敬請踴躍報名參加。

一、說明：

近年來，國際仲裁已成為跨境爭端解決的重要機制，越來越多青年法律人積極投身於此領域，憑藉紮實的法學教育與實務歷練，在國際舞台上展現專業與韌性。

本場研討會將聚焦於「青年法律人，如何投身並參與國際仲裁」的主題，邀請五位深具實務經驗的專家與談，分享他們自學術養成至實務投入的心路歷程與關鍵轉折。

活動內容將涵蓋青年法律人如何累積國際視野、掌握專業技能、拓展人脈資源，以及在國際仲裁案件中扮演的角色與挑戰。透過這些第一線經驗交流，與會者將能深入了解法律專業如何與國際仲裁實務接軌，並獲得對未來職涯規劃與專業成長的啟發。

The National Bar Association’s Lawyer Academy and ADR Committee, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) East Asia Branch Taiwan Chapter Young Members Group (CIArb Taiwan YMG), and the ICC Young Arbitration and ADR Forum (ICC YAAF) will co-host the “Seminar on Training and Practical Experience for Young Legal Professionals Entering International Arbitration” on November 13, 2025 (Thursday). I. Introduction

In recent years, international arbitration has become an essential mechanism for resolving cross-border disputes. Increasing numbers of young legal professionals have actively entered this field, demonstrating professionalism and resilience on the international stage through solid legal education and practical experience.

This seminar will focus on the theme: “How Young Legal Professionals Can Enter and Participate in International Arbitration.” Five experts with substantial practical experience are invited to share their journeys—from academic training to professional practice—and the key turning points along the way.

The seminar will cover how young legal professionals can build international perspectives, acquire specialized skills, expand professional networks, and understand the roles and challenges they may encounter in international arbitration cases. Through first-hand experience sharing, participants will gain deeper insight into how legal expertise connects with international arbitration practice, as well as inspiration for career planning and professional development.

II. Continuing Legal Education Credit

This seminar counts toward continuing legal education hours in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
