財團法人海華文教基金會自104年成立海華文教志工團以來，已連續11年招募、培訓並媒合國內大專院校學生志工至海外僑校服務，多年來媒合超過300位志工，於海外僑校進行實體或遠距線上教學，服務海外學生人次超過30,000餘人，普獲受服務之海外僑校肯定。

該基金會第12屆海華文教志工團刻正接受報名，歡迎全國各大專校院推薦學生甄選，招募資訊如下：

(一)招募對象及條件：

１、國內各大專校院華語文相關系所及學程之在學學生、畢業生、僑外生（將依合作僑校需求及志工專長優先安排僑外生返回僑居國教學實習服務）。

２、具華語文師資培訓等相關系所及學程之青年（此類別所招募之志工將優先媒合前往泰北/東南亞僑校服務）。

３、符合上述資格者，並需具備身心健康、服務熱忱、良好外語能力、電腦教學應用、文化技藝能力、個性獨立、有責任感，且能自理海外教學與生活。

４、志工招募培訓人數為35名，以書面審查及面試甄選。

(二)報名方法：請於臺灣時間本年12月12日（星期五）下午5點前，上網填妥報名電子表單。

Since its establishment of the Haihua Cultural and Educational Volunteer Program in 2015, the Haihua Cultural and Educational Foundation has, for 11 consecutive years, recruited, trained, and matched university student volunteers to serve at overseas Chinese schools. Over the years, more than 300 volunteers have participated in both in-person and online teaching, serving over 30,000 overseas students. The program has been widely recognized by the participating overseas Chinese schools.

The Foundation is now accepting applications for the 12th Haihua Cultural and Educational Volunteer Program (2026). Colleges and universities nationwide are welcome to recommend students for selection. The recruitment information is as follows:

(1) Eligibility and Requirements:

Current students, graduates, and overseas Chinese students from Mandarin-related departments or programs at domestic colleges and universities (Overseas Chinese students will be given priority for placements in their home countries based on partner school needs and volunteer expertise).

Youth who have received training in Mandarin-related teacher-training programs (Volunteers in this category will be prioritized for service at overseas Chinese schools in Northern Thailand and Southeast Asia).

Applicants must meet the above criteria and possess good physical and mental health, enthusiasm for service, strong foreign-language ability, digital teaching skills, cultural or artistic abilities, independence, responsibility, and the capability to manage teaching and living abroad.

A total of 35 volunteers will be recruited. Selection will be based on document review and interviews.
