本學程與國際商務系林純如老師合作，於2025年12月29日邀請比利時重量級智庫 - 皇家國際關係學會的理事長Sven Biscop博士蒞臨演講。Biscop博士以美國總統川普近日發表的美國國家安全戰略報告為背景，對全球政治經濟情勢，包括美中貿易戰的後續發展，美國與歐盟同盟關係的維繫，烏俄戰爭，以及臺灣與中國大陸的兩岸局勢，做出精闢與深入的解析，並開放聽眾現場提問。Biscop博士與本校師生進行了熱切交流，活動圓滿成功。

[December 29, 2025 – Lecture by Dr. Sven Biscop, Director of the Egmont – Royal Institute for International Relations (Belgium)]

In collaboration with Professor Chun-Ju Lin of the Department of International Business, this program invited Dr. Sven Biscop, Director of Belgium’s leading think tank, the Egmont – Royal Institute for International Relations, to deliver a lecture on December 29, 2025.

Taking as his point of departure the U.S. National Security Strategy recently released by President Donald Trump, Dr. Biscop offered incisive and in-depth analyses of the global political and economic landscape. His lecture covered a wide range of topics, including the future development of the U.S.–China trade war, the maintenance of the alliance between the United States and the European Union, the Russia–Ukraine war, and cross-strait relations between Taiwan and mainland China. The lecture concluded with an open Q&A session.

Dr. Biscop engaged in lively and meaningful exchanges with faculty members and students of the University. The event was a great success.
