2026年1月5日 - 參訪中華民國仲裁協會 / Visit to Chinese Arbitration Association (CAA), Taipei, on 5 January 2026

本日高啓中教授帶領同學們參訪位於台北市的中華民國仲裁協會。該協會成立於1955年，是我國歷史最悠久，聲譽卓著的國際商務爭端處理專業機構。本次拜會活動承蒙協會同仁向參訪師生導覽協會的場地設施與軟硬體設備，並就協會的組織架構以及運作模式加以介紹，並就爭議案件的受理、管理，以及仲裁庭的審理流程詳細解說，使同學們對於商務爭議的處理，特別是仲裁制度的實務面向有更深入的理解。

On this day, Professor Chi-Chung Kao led students on a visit to the Chinese Arbitration Association (CAA), located in downtown Taipei. Established in 1955, CAA is the oldest and most renowned professional institution in Taiwan dedicated to the resolution of international commercial disputes.

During the visit, CAA’s staff guided the students through its facilities, introducing both its hardware and software resources. They also provided an overview of CAA’s organizational structure and operational framework, and offered a detailed explanation of the procedures for case registration and management, as well as the arbitration process to be conducted by the arbitral tribunal. This visit enabled the students to gain a deeper understanding of the handling of commercial disputes, particularly the practical operation of the arbitration system.
