In this conference, the first part, Associate Professor Michael Ewing-Chow shared some information about environmental subsidies and two cases of it, Canada- FIT and India solar cells. Professor Lisa Toohey, Hsu Hua Chou, and vAssociate Professor Tsai Fang Chen talked about the single window, which is one of the trade facilitative objects and deserves special attention. The second part was about mediation, Professor Chi-Chung Kao and Associate Professor Alvin Cheng talked about mediation in a post-pandemic world impact and trends. And some mediation mechanisms for commercial disputes in international and Taiwan were mentioned by Effie Wu.
