⚠️注意

  1. 傳統論文以全英文撰寫,論文字數15,000字以上
  2. 實務論文以全英文撰寫為原則,論文字數7,500字以上,擬以中文撰寫者須經學術委員會同意
  3. 經同意以中文撰寫者,於口試通過後需附上英文長摘要
    107學年(含)前入學者,英文長摘要須5頁以上
    108學年(含)起入學者,英文長摘要須至少2,000字/約7頁

⚠️Notice

  1. Tradition Thesis should be written in English with more than 15,000 words.
  2. Practice-Based Thesis should be written in English with more than 7,500 words. It's necessary to obtain approval by Academic Committee for writing thesis in Chinese.
  3. To postgraduate who is allowed to write thesis in Chinese, should attach a long English abstract after thesis defense.
    Postgraduate whose enrollment before Academic Year 2018 , should attach an English abstract over 5 pages.
    Postgraduate whose enrollment from Academic Year 2019, should attach an English abstract at least 2,000 words/ about 7 pages

  經各系(所)學術委員會通過後,完成「研究生論文計畫書專業符合檢核表」  
   
   
                   
研究生申請學位考試   各系所應當學期預定舉行學位考試之名冊,送教務處備查
 
   
   
  學位考試前
 
  進行第一次論文原創性比對,並將論文原創性結果報告書送交給口試委員審閱
⚠️建議論文口試前,研究生應盡快與指導教授討論論文是否公開/是否授權本校及國圖
 
                   
   
  研究生進行學位考試
 
 
                   
  學位論文定稿後   各系所應蒐集應屆畢業生以下資料之正本送教務處留存,
影本由各系所留存:

1. 進行第二次論文原創性比對,並完成「論文原創性比對檢核表」送交所屬系(所)

電子論文 紙本論文
電子論文送出審核前,須於系統填寫電子論文授權公開日期,印出授權書後,授權書須經研究生與指導教授核章。

⚠️本校學位論文電子檔一律授予本校及國家圖書館,如研究生選擇不同意授權,需經本校系所相關會議審查通過,並於本校授權書加蓋系所戳章,方可繳交至圖書館。
以公開為原則。

若涉及機密、專利或依法不得提供者,得延後公開,填具「國立臺北商業大學學位論文延後公開申請書」並檢附證明文件,送「經所屬院、系(所)、學位學程會議審議認定」核章。
 
   
至圖書館「北商博碩士論文系統」輸入個人及論文基本資料並上傳學位論文電子全文檔案
 
                   
審核通過後,列印授權書以及下載已添加浮水印全文檔案送印裝訂,至圖書館辦理離校手續時,請繳交紙本論文及授權書正本(研究生與指導教授均需簽名)。

若有申請紙本論文延後公開,請將核章完成之申請書正本及證明文件繳交圖書館。

3.通過學術倫理課程6小時,並繳交修課證明之電子檔或影本
Complete 6 hours of Academic Ethics course and submit an electronic copy or photocopy of the course certificate.

4.成績單 Transcript (學生應具備相當於雅思寫作6.0之英文寫作能力 Students must have english writing proficiency equivalent to an IELTS writing score of 6.0)

迄該學期末止,學分修習已達規定應修學分2/3
2/3 of credits requirement should be completed before the end of semester( 
21 credits are required for foreign students. )

自112學年度入學新生起,應修學分三分之二定義如下:

(1)大學法律系畢業同學,應修31學分,其三分之二即為21學分;

(2)非法律系畢業且未獲減修法律學分同學,應修35學分,其三分之二(含法律學分4學分)即為24學分;

(3)獲准減修法律科目一科者,應修33學分,其三分之二(含法律學分2學分)即為22學分;

(4)非法律系畢業生因特殊原因而未能修足法律基礎學分者,經核可後得適用(1)。

圖書館審核通過

Library review and approval

  1. 圖書館論文系統下載之授權書3(需要指導教授簽名)
    3 copies of the authorization form downloaded from the library thesis system (Signature of the advisor required).
    於步驟5一併繳交 To be submitted together in Step 5

待收到審核通過mail後,再登入系統列印授權書及下載已添加浮水印(皆由系統自動設定)的全文檔送印裝訂。
After receiving the approval email, log in to the system to print the authorization letter and download the full-text file with the automatically generated watermark for printing and binding.

論文送印

Thesis printing

論文自「台北商業大學圖書館博碩士論文系統」下載下來後,紙本請印「米黃色亮面平裝」1本給指導老師(2位指導老師的話則為2)1本給所辦,共計2(3);其他規定請參考「離校程序單」中圖書館的規定(基本上是1本精裝,1本平裝,相關規定請依圖書館公告為準。)

送印時請不要忘記製作封面及書背,檔案格式在最上面「論文格式」可找到。

After downloading the thesis from the Library Thesis System, print one copy in beige glossy paperback for the advisor (or two copies if there are two advisors) and one copy for the department office, totaling two copies(or three copies).

For other requirements, please refer to the library regulations in the Graduation Procedures Form (generally, one hardcover and one paperback). The final requirements should follow the library's official announcements.

When sending for printing, please do not forget to prepare the cover and spine. The file format can be found at the top under “Thesis Format.”

(1) 單程來台北的票根正本(如高鐵票) The original ticket stub for the one-way trip to Taipei (e.g., HSR ticket).
(2) 領據 (請委員親簽)  A receipt form signed by the committee member.

2. The full-text file of the thesis to be uploaded should not include the university's watermark or security settings in advance. Simply convert it to a PDF and upload it.

圖書館審核通過

Library review and approval

1. 圖書館論文系統下載之授權書3(需要指導教授簽名)
3 copies of the authorization form downloaded from the library thesis system (Signature of the advisor required).
於步驟5一併繳交 To be submitted together in Step 5

待收到審核通過mail後,再登入系統列印授權書及下載已添加浮水印(皆由系統自動設定)的全文檔送印裝訂。
After receiving the approval email, log in to the system to print the authorization letter and download the full-text file with the automatically generated watermark for printing and binding.

論文送印

Thesis printing

論文自「台北商業大學圖書館博碩士論文系統」下載下來後,紙本請印「米黃色亮面平裝」1本給指導老師(2位指導老師的話則為2)1本給所辦,共計2(3);其他規定請參考「離校程序單」中圖書館的規定(基本上是1本精裝,1本平裝,相關規定請依圖書館公告為準。)

送印時請不要忘記製作封面及書背,檔案格式在最上面「論文格式」可找到。

After downloading the thesis from the Library Thesis System, print one copy in beige glossy paperback for the advisor (or two copies if there are two advisors) and one copy for the department office, totaling two copies(or three copies).

For other requirements, please refer to the library regulations in the Graduation Procedures Form (generally, one hardcover and one paperback). The final requirements should follow the library's official announcements.

When sending for printing, please do not forget to prepare the cover and spine. The file format can be found at the top under “Thesis Format.”
