⚠️注意

1. 傳統論文以全英文撰寫，論文字數15,000字以上。
2. 實務論文以全英文撰寫為原則，論文字數7,500字以上，擬以中文撰寫者須經學術委員會同意。
3. 經同意以中文撰寫者，於口試通過後需附上英文長摘要
   107學年(含)前入學者，英文長摘要須5頁以上
   108學年(含)起入學者，英文長摘要須至少2,000字/約7頁

⚠️Notice

1. Tradition Thesis should be written in English with more than 15,000 words.
2. Practice-Based Thesis should be written in English with more than 7,500 words. It's necessary to obtain approval by Academic Committee for writing thesis in Chinese.
3. To postgraduate who is allowed to write thesis in Chinese, should attach a long English abstract after thesis defense.
   Postgraduate whose enrollment before Academic Year 2018 , should attach an English abstract over 5 pages.
   Postgraduate whose enrollment from Academic Year 2019, should attach an English abstract at least 2,000 words/ about 7 pages.

3.通過學術倫理課程6小時，並繳交修課證明之電子檔或影本
Complete 6 hours of Academic Ethics course and submit an electronic copy or photocopy of the course certificate.

4.成績單 Transcript (學生應具備相當於雅思寫作6.0之英文寫作能力 Students must have english writing proficiency equivalent to an IELTS writing score of 6.0)

迄該學期末止，學分修習已達規定應修學分2/3
2/3 of credits requirement should be completed before the end of semester( 21 credits are required for foreign students. )

※自112學年度入學新生起，應修學分三分之二定義如下：

※ Starting from students admitted in the 2023 academic year (112 AY), the definition of completing two-thirds of required credits is as follows:

(1)大學法律系畢業同學，應修31學分，其三分之二即為21學分；

Students who graduated from an undergraduate law program must complete 31 credits; two-thirds of this requirement is 21 credits.

(2)非法律系畢業且未獲減修法律學分同學，應修35學分，其三分之二(含法律學分4學分)即為24學分；

Students who did not major in law and did not receive any waiver for required law credits must complete 35 credits; two-thirds of this requirement (including 4 law credits) is 24 credits.

(3)獲准減修法律科目一科者，應修33學分，其三分之二(含法律學分2學分)即為22學分；

Students approved to waive one law course must complete 33 credits; two-thirds of this requirement (including 2 law credits) is 22 credits.

(4)非法律系畢業生因特殊原因而未能修足法律基礎學分者，經核可後得適用(1)。

Non-law graduates who, for special reasons, are unable to complete the required foundational law credits may, upon approval, follow the standard applicable to item (1).
