入學前累計「相關」工作經驗一年以上者,得於入學後第一學年結束前,出具證明申請免實習,其所缺學分應以其他課程學分補足
Students who have
one-year work experience related before the school starts should offer working certificates for applying the internship credits waiver before the end of second semester.

💡契約書請準備一式兩份,並請實習公司用印。
The contract must be prepared in duplicate (2 originals) and both signed by
the internship company.

💡請依需求(有薪/無薪)選擇。
Choose the internship contract depends on the  demand of paid or non-paid.

💡請特別注意,若為
有支薪實習企業,必須協助替實習學生加保勞工保險、健保及勞工退休金提撥;無支薪實習企業需替實習學生加保一百萬元以上之意外險。

實習日誌及週報
Student's Dairy and Weekly Report for Off-Campus Internship

學生於實習期間每日應填寫實習日誌,每周(或每40小時)應撰寫實習周報,並經實習單位簽核後送交實習指導老師審閱,作為期末實習報告之附件。
Students should write dairy and weekly report (or per 40 hours), and mail it to the Faculty Advisor after approved by the Internship Supervisor. Both dairy and weekly report should be attached to the final internship report.

實習結束繳交報告前務必填寫
Must be done before the submission of the final internship report
請於實習結束後兩周內繳交期末實習報告的紙本及電子檔至所辦。實習報告內容須包含實習日誌及週報
Submit both paper and electronic Final Internship Report to the department in 2 weeks after the terminaton of the internship.
Internship dairy and weekly report should be attached to the final internship report.
